Elite Flooring Solutions, LLC, 7305 W 151st St, Overland Park, KS 66223, (913) 499-9056. These terms cover this website and the estimate, sample and installation services described on it.
Free in-home estimate
Our in-home estimate is free and carries no obligation. Prices we give you are in writing, based on the exact measurements and scope taken at your home. A written estimate is an offer to do that scope at that price; work begins only when you accept it and we schedule it.
Samples
Samples we bring to your home or lend you from our showroom remain our property and are returned when your selection is made or the visit is complete. Samples show the product’s color and construction; natural products and dye lots vary, and the product delivered may differ slightly from the sample.
Scope changes
Anything not written in your accepted estimate is not included. If the scope changes after we start (for example, subfloor conditions found after the old floor is removed), we stop, tell you, give you a written price for the change, and do the added work only after you approve it. Nothing is added to your project until you say yes.
Payment
The deposit reflects the materials needed to complete the scope; labor is due upon completion.
Warranties
Every product we sell is first-run product from established manufacturers and carries the manufacturer’s full warranty, whose terms are the manufacturer’s. Our installation carries our own workmanship warranty. If something is wrong with the installation, call or text (913) 499-9056 or email alicia@eliteflooringkc.com and we will look at it.
Service area
We serve homes and businesses within about 50 miles of the center of the Kansas City metro, in both Kansas and Missouri.
